CBS
C.S.I. (Las Vegas): They're still the one. Can't stick with the others, too much starch and pretensiousness. No wiggled fingers disarming bombs in this one, thank god.

NBC
My Name Is Earl: If you're not watching this, you're missing half your life. Totally quotable, very well written, and the acting is precious.
The Apprentice: Martha Stewart: There's still time, place your bets! I'll take her over the Trump any day (I SO can't stand The Don).

theWB: Gilmore Girls, need I say more? (Nope, they say it all for me, and then some. More dialogue and plot than a whole season of Dawson's Creek, come and get it!)

Comedy Central
The Colbert Report (say [re-PORR]) nightly at 11:30
The Comedians of Comedy, Fridays--haven't actually watched it yet but it's got Brian Posehn, and we'll watch anything with him in it

Discovery Science
How It's Made: See how everything is made, from microchips to chocolate chips

DIY
Material Girls: Pretty darn good, great design sense and they actually make difficult stuff like slip covers look humanly possible.
Knitty Gritty: Not for novices, though they say some of these projects are for starting levels--this is true only if you can rewind and watch it again.

Upcoming things I want to check out:
HGTV
FreeStyle, starts Friday.
